Not quite right? You have 3 days.
Every piece is pre-loved and one of a kind. If it doesn't fit or isn't for you, exchange it or get your money back within 3 days of delivery.
What we take back
Yes, if it is In the condition it reached you. Try it on at home, but don't wear it out.
It shows us it is the piece we sent. Shoes too.
Clean and complete. Shoes come back with their laces and insoles.
No, if it is worn, damaged or missing any accessories. We send it back to you.
Wrong, damaged or not as described?
If we sent the wrong piece, or it has a fault our photos and description didn't show, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, or send it to our warehouse by courier (you pay the courier). You get an exchange or a full refund of the price; the delivery charge is not refunded.
